Aside from the reliability of the fryers, this fryer package also includes a built-in filtration system making them easier to use while reducing operational costs.

With 14" x 14" of frying area, each fryer in this package offers a full fry tank made from stainless steel with an extra smooth peened finish for durability and ease of maintenance and cleaning. 40-50 lbs of oil can be held in each fry tank and is heated with Pitco’s Patented Solstice Supreme Burners. These Burners are extremely robust without the need for a blower eliminating a mechanical component that can fail.
