• Blast chiller designed to rapidly reduce food temperatures from 90oC to 3oC in less than 90 minutes to inhibit bacterial growth
• 3 operating modes -
- soft chilling - air temperature of -2 C
- hard chilling - air temperature of - 20 C
- holding - temperature of 3 C (automatic at chill cycle end)
• Choice of operation by probe or timed cycle (note: model RBC051 has no probe control)
• All operational information recorded for HACCP compliance
• 60mm high density polyurethane HCFC free insulation
• Guaranteed to meet performance requirements in ambient temperatures up to 32oC
